GHD is hiring an experienced Project Manager - Property and Buildings to lead design-build projects from planning through completion in Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton. The role manages scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations; coordinates multidisciplinary teams, contractors, subconsultants, regulatory authorities, and owner representatives; and supports procurement, contract administration, project controls, and construction-phase services. The position follows a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office and requires 5–10 years of project delivery experience, a relevant degree, and strong project leadership and communication skills. The salary range is $85,140–$141,900 per year.
