Refractory Service Inc. is hiring a full-time, mid-level Project Manager to lead industrial construction and refractory projects from planning through completion. The role coordinates customers, field operations, estimating, procurement, suppliers, and internal leadership; manages schedules, budgets, materials, change orders, risks, quality, and customer satisfaction; and prepares project documentation using Excel and business systems. Candidates need 5–10 years of related project management experience in industrial or commercial construction, an associate degree in a relevant field, strong organizational and communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The position may require travel to Midwest job sites while working from an office-based environment.
