Description
The role manages commercial and operational aspects of renovation projects, including client orders, tenders, cost estimates, contracts, materials and personnel planning, site supervision, quality and safety compliance, and project close-out. It requires electrical-field training, comparable professional experience, personnel responsibility, German language skills, MS Office knowledge, and a class B driver’s license; CAD knowledge is advantageous. The position offers a minimum remuneration of €5,000 per month and 38 hours per week.
