Münchner Wohnen is hiring a permanent full-time or part-time Project Manager for residential renovation and refurbishment projects. The role leads project teams, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, manages resources and project decisions, monitors SAP time reporting, ensures occupational health and safety, and oversees technical and commercial completion and handover. Candidates need a university degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, extensive residential renovation project-management experience, knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB/A, VOB/B, DIN 276, and KfW funding, along with strong analytical, organizational, and IT skills.
