Description
The Project Manager will oversee field installation operations for home remodeling construction, including installer coordination, project planning, site readiness, on-site execution, quality control, inspections, rework, warranty work, change orders, and customer communication. The role requires at least two years of construction experience, hands-on installation experience is preferred, OSHA 30 and CPR certification, and basic CRM and computer skills. It is a full-time, in-person position with hourly pay, performance incentives, profit sharing, a benefits package, and a company vehicle and gas card.
