Description
Nava is hiring a Project Manager to support mid- to large-scale government technology products. The role manages agile ceremonies, effort and capacity estimates, production incidents, delivery expectations, risks, progress, and cross-functional alignment across engineers, designers, government stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. It also includes a monthly rotation leading production releases and incident response, with possible extra hours during high-priority incidents. The position requires at least five years of project management or similar experience in complex software development and three years leading Agile Scrum teams, with a remote-first work arrangement available in the listed contiguous United States states.
