BTI is hiring a Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead IT application development projects using Scrum and agile practices. The role covers project execution, release and project planning, sprint and backlog management, stakeholder coordination, team training, impediment removal, agile metrics, capacity planning, and resolution of project conflicts and changing requirements. Candidates need a related undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, PMI or equivalent certification, Certified Scrum Master certification, at least 10 years of IT application development project management experience, and at least 3 years managing agile teams of four or more people.
