cFocus Software is hiring a remote Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a Department of Homeland Security program involving large-scale enterprise geospatial data, applications, information sharing, and situational-awareness capabilities. The role manages program scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables, requirements, and stakeholder communications; coordinates integrated engineering, data, application, infrastructure, security, operations, and support activities; and coaches multidisciplinary teams through Agile and Scrum practices. The position requires a Public Trust Clearance, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressive project or program delivery experience, at least three years of Scrum Master or equivalent experience, and advanced Jira and Confluence experience.
