Description
Balfour Beatty Construction is hiring a Project Manager for the San Diego area to direct and supervise the completion and financial outcome of construction projects. The role covers contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, scheduling, project administration, close-out, customer and community relations, and leadership and employee development. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, at least ten years of commercial construction project management experience, at least five years of subcontractor management experience, and experience with project management software, cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports, and JD Edwards or similar applications. The base compensation range is $120,000 to $160,000 annually.
