Description
spiderSilk is hiring a Project Manager to lead SilkRunner deployments for clients. The role owns the full delivery lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, testing, deployment, post-go-live stabilization, reporting, governance, risk management, change control, and quality standards. It is customer-facing and requires managing client expectations, budgets, scope changes, UAT, training, and stakeholder alignment while coordinating Product, Engineering, and other internal teams. The position requires 4 to 7 years of project management, delivery, consulting, or programme coordination experience, with expertise in complex IT transformation, SaaS, technology, AI, data, process automation, enterprise implementations, and workflow automation.
