EXP is hiring a Senior Site Civil Engineer to lead site civil and land development projects for buildings, telecommunications, and mission-critical practices across the United States. The role oversees civil design and calculations, coordinates with clients and government agencies, manages project teams and schedules, reviews engineering work, supports entitlement and regulatory processes, and mentors junior staff. It requires a civil engineering degree, at least eight years of land development experience, a licensed Professional Engineer credential, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling software. The position offers hybrid work, travel as needed, and a salary of $110,000 to $150,000 plus health insurance and other benefits.
