Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring a senior facility-program leader to plan and execute complex facility-development, expansion, and infrastructure programs for manufacturing operations. The role leads due diligence, permitting, regulatory approvals, external stakeholder coordination, cross-functional program execution, risk management, reporting, and business-continuity and infrastructure-resilience activities. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, public administration, or a related field, at least 10 years of experience leading complex programs, and the ability to work across multiple North Texas sites, including construction zones, cleanrooms, manufacturing areas, and external project locations.
