Siemens is hiring a Project Manager for Smart Buildings to independently lead building-automation, fire-alarm, and security projects in the Hamburg, Kiel, and Rostock area. The role covers technical clarification, shop and installation planning, functional descriptions, project planning, specifications, strategy, execution, customer and stakeholder communication, subcontractor coordination, risk and change-order management, project controlling, and project evaluation. The position requires a relevant technical or engineering degree or equivalent vocational training with extensive experience, several years of project-execution and leadership experience, knowledge of VOB/B, fluent German, and a valid class B/C driver’s license.
