RPMGlobal is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex software and technology initiatives for its software development team. The role works with software development managers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into executable plans, manage dependencies and risks, track project health and KPIs, and improve project management workflows. It is remote for candidates based in Guadalajara and requires at least eight years of experience in project management, technical program management, or engineering delivery, along with software development, Agile, stakeholder, and project-tracking experience.
