Syncron is hiring a Project Manager to lead enterprise customers’ implementation of cloud-based service lifecycle management solutions for manufacturing and aftermarket businesses. The role manages project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, contracts, and change requests; coordinates global customer and internal teams; defines project goals and success criteria; and mitigates risks with technical leads. Candidates need a university degree, at least 2–3 years of SaaS implementation experience including managing similar-sized projects, strong business English, and willingness to travel 20–25%. The position offers USD 90,000–100,000 base plus bonus, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and remote working.
