Windsor Solutions is hiring a mid-level, full-time Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects for government clients from kickoff through launch. The role owns project plans, budgets, scope, risks, and timelines; builds client relationships; leads cross-functional teams; resolves competing priorities; and keeps stakeholders aligned. Candidates should have consulting or client-facing delivery experience, strong project ownership, communication and facilitation skills, and comfort working with both clients and technical teams. Government-agency, environmental software, Agile, Jira, or PMP experience is a plus.
