Windsor Solutions is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects for government clients from kickoff through launch. The role owns project plans, budgets, scope, risks, and timelines; builds client relationships; leads cross-functional teams; resolves roadblocks; and keeps stakeholders aligned. Candidates should have at least five years of experience leading software implementation projects, consulting or client-facing delivery experience, strong communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to work with both clients and technical teams.
