Description
The Project Manager, Solution Implementation leads site-wide digital and Smart Factory projects from planning through implementation and handover to operations. The role owns the local digital roadmap, process and performance analysis, budgets, schedules, objectives, change management, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with global functions. It requires a degree in engineering, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field, several years of digital transformation project management experience, and knowledge of project and transformation methodologies; regulated industrial or pharmaceutical experience is preferred. The position requires business-fluent German and English.
