The role coordinates space requirements and tenant relocations, prepares management documents, supports sustainable and economical resource use, and contributes to cross-site projects. It requires a relevant degree, initial professional experience in space planning, site development, or project management, knowledge of building systems, digital tool proficiency, and strong German and English skills.
