ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a Project Manager for its Special Projects team in the Tenant Solutions vertical, based in Downers Grove, Illinois. The role supports the lead Special Projects Project Manager on smaller, customizable construction projects around the Chicagoland area, including bid compilation, client and design-team coordination, preliminary concept drawings, budgets, proposals, contracts, field work orders, submittals, RFIs, pay applications, change orders, and procurement. The position requires 1–5 years of commercial subcontractor or general contractor experience, strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to travel to client sites nationwide.
