Plexus is hiring an Aerospace and Defense Engineering Project Manager to plan and manage complex engineering projects for PLXS-ENG customers. The role leads customer development and repeat business, identifies work-sharing opportunities, manages customer expectations across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables, ensures financial execution, coordinates engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and supplier activities, and develops future leaders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of Aerospace/Defense industry experience, and familiarity with DoD acquisition, FAR/DFAR, export controls, CUI, MIL-STDs, and cost/price compliance; the stated annual salary range is $129,500.00 to $203,400.00.
