The role serves as the technical liaison between TDEC and the Central Procurement Office, supporting the development of proposals, solicitation specifications, sourcing strategies, procurement execution, and contract awards. Responsibilities include advising agency staff on procurement methods, representing TDEC with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with state procurement policies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 5 to 10 years of business, procurement, and/or contract management experience.
