Description
The Project Manager – Store Operations will manage and coordinate complex store operations initiatives from planning through implementation, including timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, cross-functional teams, vendor partners, launch readiness, and stakeholder communication. The role reports to the EVP – Chief Store Operations Officer and supports initiatives affecting independent operators, store openings and remodels, technology implementations, training, and other operational priorities. The position requires at least five years of project, cross-functional, or operational program experience in a retail or similar fast-paced environment, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and a base salary of $125,000–$145,000 annually plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
