Description
Thornton Engineering is hiring a full-time, permanent Project Manager for its Structural & Plate division in Geelong. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager, coordinates with production and planning teams, and serves as the primary client contact for project deliverables. Responsibilities include procurement and resource planning, meeting management, RFI/NCR/VO handling, EOT forecasting, time, quality, and budget tracking, invoicing support, and project closeout reporting. The position requires a bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent, experience with commercial and technical structural or pressure equipment projects, international long-lead procurement, manufacturing and production planning, and full working rights in Australia.
