WSP is hiring a Project Lead for its Building Structures team to oversee structural engineering assignments from inquiry through completion. The role leads internal work, coordinates engineers and designers, manages client communication on contractual and financial matters, drives technical issues and project coordination, mentors junior consultants, and collaborates with the group manager on marketing, sales, and tendering. The position offers flexible office or home-working arrangements in Sweden and requires several years of structural engineering experience, preferably in consulting, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong Swedish communication skills, and leadership and sales abilities.
