The role combines technical planning, design concepts, variant studies, schedule, cost, and quality delivery, interdisciplinary coordination, stakeholder management, compliance, proposal support, and client relationship development. Candidates need a civil engineering degree focused on structural engineering, several years of relevant experience, knowledge of infrastructure planning standards, and strong German and English skills.
