HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc. is hiring a hybrid, full-time Project Manager for its Structural Steel Division in Moon Township/Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. The role manages structural steel inspection and quality assurance projects from kickoff through closeout, coordinating schedules, budgets, staffing, clients, field inspection personnel, documentation, compliance, and project quality. It also supports PennDOT ECMS reporting, business development, financial administration, and field oversight for bridge, transportation infrastructure, fabrication, and heavy civil construction projects. The position requires an AWS Certified Welding Inspector credential, at least two years of relevant project or construction experience, knowledge of AWS, AASHTO, ASTM, and DOT requirements, and occasional short overnight travel.
