Description
NISC is hiring a Project Manager to lead multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through completion within its Product Support organization. The role partners with Product Support, business, technical, vendor, and leadership teams to define scope and requirements, coordinate resources and dependencies, manage risks and changes, communicate status, and support implementation and transition to operational teams. The position requires at least six years of project management experience, experience with software or product support environments, knowledge of support operations, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
