BKF Engineers is hiring a Project Manager of Surface Water/Flood Control to lead multidisciplinary water resilience projects addressing flooding, climate change, and water scarcity. The role manages projects from concept through execution, including technical hydrologic analyses, regulatory coordination, proposals, budgets, schedules, client engagement, staff mentoring, and business development. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, at least five years of water resources experience focused on surface water and flood management, project management experience, California PE licensure or the ability to obtain it within 12 months, strong communication skills, and proficiency with hydrologic modeling and engineering design tools. The position is hybrid, may require travel, and pays $123,000–$170,000 annually.
