Description
The Capital Equipment Project Manager will own packaging equipment projects from concept through installation and closure, managing systems valued at $500K–$3M. The role leads client communications, cross-border supplier and team coordination, technical and safety issue resolution, procurement, resources, risks, and acceptance testing, while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field, 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience, and proven experience with complex capital equipment projects; packaging machinery experience in food or medical device industries is preferred. Occasional travel to customer and vendor sites in Spain and Italy is required.
