Carnival Cruise Line is hiring a Project Manager for Technical Projects to plan, execute, and close technical projects onboard ships, including ship systems, machinery, energy conservation, decarbonization, and environmental compliance. The role manages schedules, resources, budgets, milestones, stakeholders, risks, quality control, and contractor coordination while ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or naval architecture field, at least seven years of maritime experience, and leadership of multiple projects. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday and home work on Fridays, with candidates located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
