ARCO/Murray is hiring a Project Manager for its Tenant Solutions team in the Fort Lauderdale office. The role manages interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including tenant improvements, adaptive reuse, build-to-suit, and full-space conversions across industrial, entertainment, and commercial sectors. Responsibilities include coordinating clients and design teams, developing budgets and proposals, overseeing subcontractors and vendors, managing schedules and site logistics, tracking project performance, and preparing cost and billing reports. The position requires a BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, 4–6 years of construction management or engineering design experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
