ARCO/Murray National Construction is hiring a Project Manager for its Tenant Solutions/Adaptive Reuse team in downtown Chicago. The role leads projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinates clients and design teams, manages proposals, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, cost reporting, and on-site progress meetings, while maintaining quality and safety. Candidates need a BS in Engineering or a related field and 2–5 years of construction management or engineering design experience; prior experience with commercial, light industrial, multi-family, hospitality, or entertainment projects is preferred. The role offers a base salary of $84,000–$135,000 plus discretionary bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
