Scientific Safety Alliance is hiring a full-time Project Manager – Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) in Bayamón, Puerto Rico to lead complex HVAC and TAB projects from planning through completion. The role supervises and mentors field technicians, coordinates schedules and resources, serves as the primary customer contact, reviews technical deliverables, manages budgets and timelines, resolves technical challenges, and identifies continuous-improvement opportunities. Candidates need at least five years of TAB, HVAC, commissioning, or related experience, project-management experience, field-team leadership experience, strong customer relationship skills, and a valid driver's license with travel capability throughout Puerto Rico and the United States.
