Description
Kamran & Company is hiring a Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of complex commercial foodservice construction and equipment projects, from award through closeout. The individual-contributor role manages scope, schedule, budget, procurement, subcontractors, change orders, client relationships, AIA billing, work-in-progress, and project closeout while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of project management experience in commercial construction, foodservice equipment, or related contracting, and experience managing projects valued from $500,000 to $5,000,000.
