Weir Minerals is hiring a remote-in-Mexico Project Manager for its North America Time & Attendance (T&A) program. The role leads end-to-end workforce management and timekeeping system implementations across multiple countries, managing project planning and governance, vendors and implementation partners, risks and RAIDD controls, business readiness, change and adoption, reporting, budgets, and executive stakeholder communications. Candidates need 2–5 years of relevant T&A, WFM, or timekeeping implementation leadership, experience with multinational delivery and workforce management platforms, knowledge of T&A processes and Payroll/HRIS integrations, fluent English, and preferably project management or Agile certifications.
