Description
The Project Manager will serve as the primary on-site contractor representative for a large-scale facility, overseeing contract operations, facility services, maintenance, repairs, building alterations, personnel, subcontractors, customer service, compliance, safety, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. The role requires U.S. citizenship, a Top Secret clearance, a related technical bachelor's degree or equivalent training, 15 years of relevant operations and maintenance or facilities management experience, and at least four years of recent experience managing a building of at least 400,000 square feet. Preferred qualifications include experience with large-scale government or federally occupied facilities and knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, safety programs, and facility management best practices.
