TKMS is hiring a Project Manager for the planning, implementation, and delivery of complex training-center infrastructure projects. The role covers site and capacity analysis, layout planning, customer and technical requirements, stakeholder and supplier coordination, tendering, contract negotiations, project planning and control, construction support, quality and safety checks, and risk management. Candidates need a relevant degree, project-management knowledge aligned with GPM or PRINCE2, several years of experience in complex infrastructure projects, especially in education or training, German and English negotiation skills, and strong stakeholder-management abilities.
