Description
The Project Manager, Transportation & Transit Vehicle Maintenance Facilities will lead the planning, design, delivery, and long-term asset stewardship of municipal and infrastructure projects, including transit vehicle maintenance facilities. The role manages multidisciplinary teams, capital and maintenance programs, condition assessments, regulatory approvals, contracts, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations. It requires 5–10 years of progressive project management experience, public-sector or engineering-sector experience, knowledge of municipal asset management and facility operations, and a Professional Engineer designation in Ontario or another Canadian province. The position follows a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office and offers a base salary of $95,000–$120,000.
