HDR is hiring a Project Manager to lead its Transportation Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) team in South Carolina. The role oversees CEI activities for major infrastructure projects, administers construction contracts and claims, manages quality assurance and quality control programs, coordinates with governing agencies, supports business development and client relationships, tracks project finances and schedules, and mentors CEI staff. Candidates need a related bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 7 years of related experience including 2 years of project management, strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably extensive infrastructure inspection and administration experience, South Carolina PE eligibility, CCM certification, SCDOT expertise, and alternative-delivery project experience.
