Description
Frampton Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial, industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage construction projects. The role requires at least five years of commercial or industrial construction experience, up to one year of preconstruction experience, and at least three years of direct supervisory experience, with travel required. Responsibilities include managing project processes, risks, budgets, schedules, procurement, change orders, subcontractor coordination, owner relationships, and project presentations.
