Turner & Townsend is hiring a CBRE Project Management Consultant to provide consulting services for real estate projects across the project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. The role manages project scope, resources, budgets, schedules, quality, risk, documentation, and delivery teams, while coaching others and coordinating with clients and internal teams. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 5–8 years of relevant experience for one experience tier and 3–5 years for another; LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations are preferred. The base salary range is $125,000–$140,000, with possible bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
