The role coordinates clients and creative teams, oversees briefs, timelines, budgets, and project delivery, supports business expansion and pitches, and contributes insights on gaming, XR, and related technologies. Candidates should have 2–5+ years of experience in agency, digital, gaming, or consulting work, strong English and German communication skills, and familiarity with project management tools; VR/AR/XR, 2D/3D workflows, and visual design experience are bonuses. The position offers flexible office or remote work from the Alster and Hamburg studio.
