HR Green is hiring a Project Manager to lead water resources projects from planning and preliminary engineering through design, permitting, and construction support. The role combines technical expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater design, flood resiliency, and watershed planning with project leadership, client relationship management, business development, and proposal work. The preferred location is Sarasota, Florida, with other Florida locations potentially considered. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of water resources engineering experience, a Florida Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one within six months, and strong project management and team leadership experience.
