The role coordinates clients and stakeholders, leads the architectural project team, participates in concept and execution planning, and oversees schedules, costs, and quality assurance. Candidates need a degree in architecture, several years of experience in property or project planning, renovation, and new builds, and knowledge of German planning and construction processes; experience in execution planning is required, while REVIT, AutoCAD, and Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
