Description
Paslin is hiring a Project Materials Supervisor to oversee material flow and inventory management across build and integration sites, support manufacturing processes, maintain ERP data, manage vendor-supplied inventory, lead material coordinators and other team members, coordinate with project management and supply chain, resolve material issues, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement. The role is on-site in Pontiac, Michigan, with a typical Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule, may require overtime, and requires at least five years of manufacturing experience in a similar role plus two years of leadership experience. A bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, or MIS is preferred, along with ERP proficiency and material-handling safety knowledge.
