Graco is hiring a Project Engineer for its R&D Center of Excellence in Flagstaff, Arizona. The role is a mechanical generalist responsible for motor and drive hardware design, analysis, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, manufacturing preparation, and project ownership. The position requires a mechanical engineering degree, at least four years of mechanical design and new product development experience, hands-on hardware capability, CAD proficiency, and manufacturing judgment. It is a full-time, in-person role with occasional domestic and international travel, and the base salary range is $87,000 to $152,200.
