Description

CLEAResult’s Energetics division is hiring a Project Monitor I to support the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of State and Community Energy Programs and its Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program. The role provides technical and programmatic support throughout the grant lifecycle, including application and plan review, desktop and on-site monitoring, recipient submission evaluations, milestone and budget tracking, compliance review, closeout quality assurance, and maintenance of official DOE records. Candidates need four years of relevant experience or an approved education substitution, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience, federal government experience preferably with DOE, financial assistance and tracking experience, documentation and technical writing skills, and knowledge of modeling, statistics, economics, and operational research.
