Mars Petcare is hiring a Project Officer for an onsite 18-month fixed-term contract at its Melton Mowbray factory. The role supports capital investment projects in a manufacturing environment by coordinating project plans, shutdowns, compliance, commissioning, documentation, finances, procurement, reporting, and stakeholder communications across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and external partners. The position is suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals and requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills, advanced MS Office skills, and strong communication abilities.
