Description
Base is hiring a Project Operations Associate to support the pre- and post-installation stages of battery deployments. The role manages project execution, installation feasibility reviews, permitting packages, interconnection agreements, AHJ and utility portal submissions, stakeholder follow-up, REP enrollments, permit closure, and workflow improvements. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role, with strong organization, communication, stakeholder coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills. The position is hourly and requires in-person work.
